【摘要】 通过问卷调查的方式,对南京市消费者对转基因食品的认知态度进行了调查。调查发现,该地区消费者对转基因食品仍然缺乏深入了解,转基因食品标识制度亟待加强,公众对转基因食品的知情权和选择权尚未得到充分满足,政府部门转基因食品安全监管存在不足。针对调查结果反映的问题提出了加强转基因食品安全监管工作的一些建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through the questionnaire survey,Nanjing consumers’ recognition of GM foods is investigated.As indicated by the results,the GM foods label system needs to be strengthened;the consumers haven’t yet got full rights to know and choose the GM foods;and the government supervision of GM foods safety is inadequate.According to the problems reflected by the investigation results,some suggestions are proposed to strengthen the supervision of GM foods safety.更多还原
