【Abstract】 Newcastle disease is one of t he most serious poultry diseases,especially in the field of poultry raising.It could bring great economic loss and it was defined as a rank A infectious disease by the OIE.Now the main method to prevent Newcastle disease is still the vaccine inoculation.NDV F protein constituted one of the molecular bases of pathogenicity.The research progresses on genetically engineering vaccine of the F protein of Newcastle disease virus were expounded.更多还原
