【Abstract】 Taking the teaching method of applied changing as a breakthrough,re-integrated the teaching content of Food and Hygiene Inspection Experiment,and a new teaching method was created.Adhere to the teacher-led,student-centered,theory along with practice,aim to train students to identify problems and problem-solving capacity of the actual work.Furthermore,the theory and experiment were reformed,let the food hygiene inspection of the new teaching model experimental course becoming more systematic and complete.更多还原
