【摘要】 [目的]筛选鹿茸骨宝胶囊的最佳提取工艺。[方法]采用正交试验设计,以淫羊藿苷作为考察指标,以加水量、提取次数、提取时间为因素优选鹿茸骨宝胶囊的提取工艺。[结果]鹿茸骨宝胶囊最佳提取工艺为取药材加10倍量水,煎煮3次,每次1.5 h。[结论]按照最佳提取工艺验证,淫羊藿苷提取率较高,该提取工艺可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] The aim was to screen the best extraction technology of compound Luronggubao capsule.[Method] Applying orthogonal experiment design and taking icariin as observation indicators,added water amount,extraction times and extraction time as factors,extraction craft of fine luronggubao capsule was selected.[Result] The optimum condition of compound Luronggubao capsule was adding the volume of 10 times water,extracting for three times and extracting for 1.5 hours every time.[Conclusion] In accordance with the optimum extraction conditions,the rate of icariin extraction was the highest.This extraction process was feasible.更多还原
