【摘要】 [目的]进一步明确15.0%卫根微乳剂的防治效果。[方法]设置15.0%卫根微乳剂7.5、15.0、22.5 L/hm2 3个处理,以1.8%阿维菌素乳油15 L/hm2为对照,研究各处理对番茄根结线虫的防治效果。[结果]卫根微乳剂7.5、15.0、22.5 L/hm2 3个处理,药后90 d土壤中2龄幼虫数量减退率分别为-14.10%、38.27%和54.98%,而对照药剂1.8%阿维菌素15.0 L/hm2处理的线虫减退率为16.12%。药后90 d 15.0%卫根微乳剂各处理对番茄根结线虫的防治效果分别为66.19%、70.97%和76.00%,而对照药剂为67.10%。[结论]15.0%卫根微乳剂可有效地控制根结线虫对番茄的危害,有较高的推广应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] The controlling efficiency of the 15.0% Weigen CE on the tomato root knot nematode was identified for the extension in production.[Method] The experimental design with 5 treatments of 7.5 L/hm2 of 15.0% Weigen CE),15.0 L/hm2 of 15.0% Weigen CE,22.5 L/hm2 of 15.0% Weigen CE,15.0 L/hm2 of 1.8%Avermectin CE were setted,efficiency of the Weigen CE on the tomato root knot nematode was studied.[Result] The declining rate of J2 nematode was-14.1%,38.27% and 54.98% in soil on the nineteenth day after applying 7.5,15.0,22.5 L/hm2 of 15.0% Weigen CE,and the declining rate of J2 nematode was 16.12% by applying 1.8%Avermectin CE.The controlling eficiency was 66.19%,70.97% and 76.0% on the nineteenth day after applying 7.5,15.0,22.5 L/hm2 of 15.0% Weigen CE,respectively,and controlling efficiency was 67.1%.[Conclusion] The controlling efficiency of the Weigen CE on the tomato root knot nematode was good,which was valuable for extension in production.更多还原
