不同光照条件下HB柚气孔数量特征研究

【摘要】 [目的]探讨不同光照条件下HB柚叶片气孔数量特征与光照等环境因素的关系。[方法]采用自然遮阴的方法,选择生长好和生长差2种类型的HB柚树体进行定位观测,同时对叶片进行取样,测量气孔的长轴长度、最宽处宽度、气孔密度等数量指标。[结果]生长差的树体,光照对气孔长度没有明显的影响,而对气孔宽度有明显的影响,即完全光照的条件下,气孔宽度较大。生长好的树体,光照对气孔长度和宽度均没有明显的影响。光照对气孔密度的影响与树体生长好坏有一定的关系,生长好的树体,光照增强则气孔密度较大;生长差的树体,光照增强则气孔密度较小。[结论]HB柚气孔的数量特征除了与环境有关以外,还与树体的生长好坏密切相关。

【Abstract】 [Objective]The research aimed to study the relationship between the quantitative characteristics of stomata of Citrus maxima(Burm.) Merr.’HB You’ under different conditions of light and environmental factors such as light.[Method]Better growing and bad growing Citrus maxima(Burm.) Merr.’HB You’ plants were observed with fixed position using methods of natural shading.And the stomata quantitative indices such as length of long axis,the breadth of most broad and stomata density.[Result]Based on type of bad trees,light can changes the width of stomata and there is not influence of light on length of stoma;but the width of stomata become small when full surface of leaves is in light.Based on the type of good trees,there is not influence of light on the length and the width of stoma.The influence of light on density of stomata connects with the factor of growth of trees.Based on the type of good trees,density of stomata rises while light becomes more.Based on the type of bad trees,density of stomata becomes descent while light is less.[Conclusion]It is found that quantitative characteristics of C.maxima(Burm.) Merr.’HB You’ stomata have concerns with growth of fruit tree and their environment.
