【摘要】 [目的]测定木香花中的总黄酮含量。[方法]通过正交试验选择最佳提取条件,以芦丁为标样,用荧光分光光度法测定木香花中总黄酮的含量。[结果]在激发波长和发射波长为430和497 nm下,芦丁浓度与荧光强度呈良好的线性关系,标准曲线的相关系数为0.997 8,平均回收率为98.7%,RSD为0.19%。木香花中总黄酮的含量为1.09%。[结论]该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于植物及其制品中总黄酮含量的定量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] The aim was to study the determination total flavonoids in Rosa banksiae Ait.[Method] Through the orthogonal experiment design the optimum extraction condition was selected,the content of total flavonoids were determined by fluorescence spectrophotometry method using rutin as the standard sample.[Result]There was a linear relationship between the concentration of the rutin solution and the fluorescence intensity,was of the range 1.27-20.7 μg/ml with correlation coefficient of 0.998 7 under the emission wavelength(347 nm) and excitation wavelength(285 nm).The average recovery of this method was 98.7%,the relative standard deviation was 0.19%,and the total flavanone content was 1.09% in the Rosa banksiae Ait.[Conclusion] This analysis method was simple,rapid and accurate.It has been applied to the determination of total flavanone in the plants and their products.更多还原
