【摘要】 [目的]选育高产优质的杏鲍菇杂交新菌株。[方法]利用不同菌株间产生的不同交配型的单核菌丝配对杂交形成双核菌丝的原理,用杏鲍菇11号菌株和13号菌株作亲本,进行单孢杂交育种。[结果]选育出杏鲍菇17号杂交新菌株,其子实体呈保龄球形,产量较高,生物效率达121.02%。[结论]杏鲍菇17号各项指标表现稳定,适合大面积推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] New hybrid strain of Pleurotus with high yield and good quality was selected.[Method] With the principle of the formation of the dual-core mycelium from the hybridization between the different mating types of strains with single-core mycelium,the strains with single-core mycelium: the Pleurotus strains No.11 and No.13 being taken as parents,were bred.[Results] New strain-Pleurotus strain No.17 was produced,which fruiting body was with the shape of bowling ball,high yield and the biological efficiency of 121.02%.[Conclusion] The indicators of Pleurotus strain No.17 were stable and suitable for application at large scale.更多还原
