【摘要】 经过近十年的发展,我国高校园区普遍面临转型问题。笔者通过分析郑州龙子湖高校园区建设情况,总结其面临问题,提出对策。笔者认为:应将高校定位为以产学研为主的综合性新城区,通过优化空间组织和功能布局实现资源共享,脱离"孤岛"发展状态与周边地区联动发展,创新管理体制。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the latest 10 years developing,the transforming problems in university parks of China are being faced generally,in addition,through analyzing the construction of university parks in Zhengzhou Longzi Lake,the problems were summarized and the countermeasures were put forward.What’s more,colleges and universities should be positioned as comprehensive new town,which mainly in scientific research.Furthermore,through optimizing spatial organization and functional layout,resource sharing was realized,thus,the development state of "solitary island" was broken away,then,the joint development with neighboring regions was realized and management system was innovated.更多还原
