【摘要】 [目的]研究硒和酵母对中华米虾孵化率等的影响。[方法]饲料中添加硒和酵母,比较虾的生长指标、孵化率及其幼体的成活率。[结果]当硒含量为0.45μg/g时,饲喂有机硒的中华米虾的生长指标、孵化率等,均高于不添加硒元素和添加同含量无机硒饲喂的中华米虾;同时在饲料中添加适量酵母也可提高以上指标。[结论]将富硒酵母作为饵料生物,按一定比例添加到中华米虾饲料中,可提高虾生长指标、孵化率等。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] The aim was to study the effect of selenium(Se) and yeast on the hatchability of Caridina denticulata sinensis.[Method] Selenium(Se) and yeast were added into the diet to compare the growth index,hatchability and larvae survival rate of Caridina denticulata sinensis.[Result] Results show that when the content of selenium was 0.45 μg/g,the growth index and hatchability of Caridina denticulata sinensis what was fed with organic selenium were higher than those withinorganic selenium,at the same time,suitable yeast was added into diet can also improved the above indexes.[Conclusion] Se-enriched yeast was added into the diet of of C.d.sinensis by a certain percentage was an effective approach to improve the growth index and hatchability.更多还原
