【摘要】 [目的]研究干姜生长发育规律。[方法]采用植物生长分析方法,研究干姜各器官的生长发育情况。[结果]将干姜的生长发育期划分为苗期、子姜形成期、子姜充实前期和子姜充实后期4期。苗期和子姜形成期,叶的发生强度最大;子姜充实前期,绿叶数达最多;子姜充实后期,叶片枯萎,生长中心为子姜。[结论]子姜充实前期,CGRt=CGRr时,可作为生长中心由叶向子姜转移的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To study the regulation of growth and development of zingiber officinale.[Method] Growth of each organ of zingiber officinale was analyzed.[Result] The growth period of ginger was divided into four stages: seedlings period,forming period of calf ginger,early enriching period of calf ginger and late enriching period of calf ginger.The leaves grew quickly in seedlings period and forming period of calf ginger,then reached the most number in early enriching period of calf ginger.The leaves withered,and growth centre was in rhizome in late enriching period of calf ginger.[Conclusion]The crossing of CGRt and CGRr in early enriching period of ginger was regarded as the evidence of growth centre transfer from leaves to rhizome.更多还原
