【Abstract】 Phalaenopsis amabilis is a kind of flowering plant with high ornamental and economic value and has a wide market prospect.The tissue culture technology of Phalaenopsis amabilis was reviewed from the aspects of selection of explants,three usual tissue culture method(induction and propagation of protocorm-like-body,induction of clustered shoots,sterile propagation) in this paper.Then the development and research direction of Phalaenopsis amabilis in our country in future is put forward.更多还原
