基于GIS的新安江模型在潦河流域洪涝灾害评估中的应用研究
Research on the Application of Xin’anjiang Model Based on GIS on Flood Damage Assessment in Liaohe River Watershed
【摘要】 针对潦河流域的水文特征,采用1996~2005年潦河流域的实测水文、气象观测资料,并利用GIS处理DEM数据,对新安江分布式水文模型所需的各参数进行了优选,并构建了基于GIS的新安江水文模型,通过多次实际洪涝灾害数据的验证,结果表明该模型较为可靠,为建立潦河流域洪水预报系统和灾害预报、评估业务系统奠定了模型基础。
【Abstract】 According to the hydrological characteristics of Liaohe River watershed,the hydrological and meteorological data about Liaohe River watershed from 1996 to 2005 were used,and DEM data were processed by using GIS to select the parameters what needed by the distributed hydrology model and construct Xinanjiang hydrology model based on GIS.Through checking the actual flood data many times,the result indicates that this model was credible,which established the foundation for constructing the flood forecast system of Liaohe River watershed.
