【摘要】 [目的]测定透骨香根挥发油化学成分,为透骨香根的开发提供依据。[方法]用气相色谱质谱联用仪(GC-MS)对透骨香根挥发油成分进行分析。[结果]共鉴定出7种化学成分,其中含量最多的3种成分为水杨酸甲酯(89.815%)、甲基环戊烷(6.528%)、环己烷(2.693%)。[结论]透骨香根挥发油主要成分为水杨酸甲酯,这为透骨香根的开发提供了依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To determine the chemical constituents of volatile oil from root of Gaultheria yunnanensis(Franch) Rehd,so as to provide evidence for the development of Gaultheria yunnanensis(Franch) Rehd root. [Method] By employing GC-MS,the compositions of volatile oil from root of Gaultheria yunnanensis(Franch) Rehd were analyzed. [Result] Seven compounds were obtained from the volatile oil from Gaultheria yunnanensis(Franch) Rehd root,of which,contents of three ones were relative higher,i.e. methyl salicylate(89.815%) ,methyl cyclopentene(6.258%) and cyclohexane(2.693%) . [Conclusion] Volatile oil from root of Gaultheria yunnanensis(Franch) Rehd is rich in methyl salicylate,and this study provides evidence for the development of Gaultheria yunnanensis(Franch) Rehd root.更多还原
