【Abstract】 92 hybrid varieties of Populus deltoides were introduced from 5 countries including New Zealand in 1989.Nearly 20-year introduction experiments have led to successful selection of Populus deltoides Barta Cl.’Anlin-189’ and P.deltoides Barta Cl.’Anlin-193’ suitable for growing on the plains of the lower reaches of Changjiang River and having characteristics of strong resistance to long-horned beetles and leaf-eating pests and fast-growth.更多还原
