【摘要】 通过分析教育部《普通高等学校基本办学条件指标(试行)》对高校教学科研仪器设备管理工作的积极影响和消极影响,针对《办学指标》对高校教学科研仪器设备管理工作产生的诸如突击购置、重采购轻管理、重新购轻维修维护、报废停滞等消极影响,提出进一步完善高校教学科研仪器设备的评估体系,增加关于教学科研仪器设备使用、维修、维护、报废等考核指标,引导高校从重视教学科研仪器设备的数量指标,转变到教学科研仪器完好率、利用率等质量指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Analyzing the negative as well as positive impacts of The Indexes of Basic Running Conditions for Colleges and universities(Trial) on the management of university equipment for teaching and researching,especially the negative ones,such as unexpected spot purchase,purchase outweighing management,purchase outweighing maintenance,stagnation of nullification and whatsoever,this paper sheds light on how to further improve the evaluation system of equipment for teaching and researching.By increasing the indexes of utilization,repairing,maintenance and nullification of equipment,the paper guides colleges and universities to alter their priorities from the quantitative index to the qualitative,such as perfection rate and utilization rate of equipment.更多还原
