碲化铜(Cu2-xTe)纳米管的可控合成与性能表征

【摘要】 介绍了采用溶剂热辅助牺牲模板法在混合溶剂中实现碲化铜(Cu2-xTe)纳米管的可控合成。在乙二醇∶丙三醇为1∶2(体积)的混合溶剂中,以铜纳米线作为牺牲模板与低温下制备的碲负离子进行反应,制得了直径约为100~200nm的碲化铜纳米管。实验过程中活性碲负离子的低温制取、铜纳米线的制备以及混合溶剂的比例是纳米管均匀生长的重要影响因素。最后对制得的碲化铜纳米管进行了X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和紫外可见光谱(UV)等分析和表征。

【Abstract】 This paper had described that the controlled synthesis of copper telluride(Cu2-xTe) nanotubes was achieved by the use of assisted Solvothermal Template Sacrificed method in mixed solvents.In the mixed solvents of ethylene glycol and glycerol,the copper nanowires which have been used as sacrificial templates reacted with the low-temperature prepared telluride anions.A lot of copper telluride nanotubes which have diameter of about 100~200nm were obtained.In process of experiment,chemical active telluride anions’ preparation at low temperature,copper nanowires’ preparation and the ratio of the mixed solvents are important factors to the formation of copper telluride nanotubes.Finally,X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy and ultraviolet visible spectroscopy ect had been used to analysis and examine the properties of the samples.
