甘蓝型油菜黄籽质核互作型不育系9106A的选育及其农艺性状表现

【摘要】 利用自育的质核互作型不育系106A及对应的保持系106B分别作母本,用自选的优质、纯黄籽、早熟的质不育系的恢复系自9106C作轮回亲本,采用杂交、测交、回交及自交相结合的方法转育成新的优质、纯黄籽、早熟的质核互作不育系9106A及其对应的保持系9106B。9106A具有低芥酸(0.10%)、低硫甙(19.60μmol/g)、高含油量(46.42%)、纯黄籽、高配合力、早熟等优良性状,较易配制出强优势的杂交组合,具有较好的开发应用前景。

【Abstract】 With the nucleo-cytoplasmic sterile line 106A and its maintainer line 106B as female parent respectively,and the CMS restorer line Zi 9106C with good quality,pure yellow seeds and early maturity as recurrent parent,the new nucleo-cytoplasmic sterile line 9106A with good quality,pure yellow seeds and early maturity and its maintainer line 9106B were selected by crossing,test crossing,backcrossing and inbred.9106A had low oleic acid(0.10%),low sulfur glucoside(19.60 μmol/g),high oil content(46.42%),pure yellow seeds,high general combining ability and early maturity,so using it to make combinations with strong advantages was easier,and it had good developing prospect.
