【Abstract】 The research and application of thermally conductive in LED were described at home and aboard in recent years.The Major companies and trade mark of thermally conductive plastics in LED have been collected and summarized.Thermally conductive thermoplastics used in LED lamp cover and slug in place of metal parts and reducing thermal resistance in LED package module were also discussed.To enhance overall performances of thermally conductive materials in the thermal management application as LED development trend in the future was put forward.更多还原
