全拼块结构的导光板外框注塑模设计

【摘要】 针对极薄壁塑料件充填困难的问题,借助于Moldflow软件的分析结果,提出了一种由八个点浇口组成的平衡进料系统。为严格控制塑料件的翘曲变形量,模具成型零件采用了全拼块结构。分别由11块和9块拼块组成型腔镶件和型芯镶件。采用了斜楔法固定镶件,分别利用两块楔紧块的斜面挤压对型腔镶件和型芯镶件进行精确定位。

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis results of Moldflow software,a balanced feeding system consisted of eight pin-point gates was proposed to solve the filling difficulty problem of the thinnest-wall plastic part.In order to strictly control warpage of the plastic part,full-block structure was used in the forming parts of the mould.The cavity insert consisted of 11 blocks and the core insert consisted of 9 blocks.Inclined wedge method was used in fixing the inserts.The cavity insert and core insert were precisely located by extrusion of inclined planes of two wedge blocks respectively.
