【Abstract】 A new horizontal parting flaskless molding line is presented and its main features are following:the molding sand is pre-compacted by shooting sand and final compacted by anti-squeeze of pattern-plate; there are two stations on molding machine, one for molding and the other for core setting. The twice shift is prevented by convexo-concave parting surface, and the special weight and mold clamping mechanism is applied in this molding line. The successful examples are finally listed.更多还原
