交联电缆用交联型EVA导体屏蔽料的实验研究
Study on the Semi-conductive Conductor Shielding Material of Crosslinked EVA for Crosslinked Cable
【摘要】 采用混炼方法,研究了基础树脂、导电材料、交联剂、润滑剂、抗氧剂对乙烯—醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)导体屏蔽料性能的影响,从而获得了性能优良的交联型导体屏蔽料.
【Abstract】 In this paper,the formulation of the semi-conductiveconductor shielding EVA was studied by means of mixing.The optimized formulation was determinated by researching the effect of the components such as basic resin, conductive material,lubricant,crosslinker and antioxidant on the property of the semi-conductive conductor shielding EVA.
