【摘要】 目的评价中医辨证方法治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法采用多中心随机对照临床试验研究方法,将符合慢性前列腺炎诊断的患者按1.5∶1∶1的比例随机分为中药组、中西医结合组和西药组。中药组辨证治疗给予中药汤剂,西药组口服阿奇霉素治疗,中西医结合组同时使用以上两种方法治疗。3组疗程均为4周。主要疗效指标为中医证候评分和慢性前列腺炎症状评分(NIH-CPSI),次要疗效指标为最大尿流率、前列腺液(EPS)白细胞数。结果中药组和中西医结合组治疗后中医证候总评分及各分项评分、NIH-CPSI评分及各分项评分均显著下降,尿流率升高、EPS中白细胞数下降,各项指标组内治疗前后比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论中医辨证治疗慢性前列腺炎有较好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of TCM treatment on chronic prostatitis.Methods The multi-centered randomize-controlled clinical study was carried out.The patients meeting the diagnostic criteria were divided into 3 groups in the ratio of 1.5∶1∶1,namely herbal medicine group,integrated herbal and western medicine group,and western medicine group.The herbal medicine group was administered herbal decoction,the western medicine group was given azithromycin,and integrated group was treated with both.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.The primary indexes for therapeutic effect were TCM syndrome scores and the National Institutes of Health chronic prostatitis symptom index(NIH-CPSI),and the secondary indices were maximum flow rate(MFR)and the white blood cell(WBC)count of expressed prostatic secretion(EPS).Results After treatment,the total syndrome score and scores of symptoms,NIH-CPSI score and other scores were significantly reduced in the herbal medicine group and the integrated group,MFR was raised and WBC decreased.All indexes were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion The TCM treatment is effective for chronic prostatitis.更多还原
