【摘要】 目的探讨利用MIPPO(minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis)技术植入LCP(Locking compression plate)治疗儿童股骨粗隆下骨折的方法和疗效。方法采用MIPPO结合LCP治疗儿童股骨粗隆下不稳定骨折18例,记录手术时间,术中出血量,术后定期复查X片,评价骨折愈合情况及髋关节功能。结果本组18例平均手术时间为75±10min;平均出血量为40±10ml;术后随访9～30个月,平均24个月。全部获骨性愈合。未发生切口感染、内固定物失效或断裂等并发症。术后早期影像学按Beaty标准满意17例,满意率94.4%,晚期随访按Theologis标准满意率为100%。随访终末髋关节功能按Sanders标准优16例,良1例,优良率:94.4%。结论采用MIPPO技术联合LCP治疗大龄儿童股骨粗隆下骨折具有创伤少,固定牢靠,并发症少等优点,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effects of MIPPO and LCP in treatment of subtrochanteric fractures in skeletally immature adolescents.Method 18 patients with subtrochanteric fractures were treated with MIPPO and LCP fixation.The mean operation time and blood loss were recorded,and the radiographic results and Joint function were assessed.Result The mean operation time was(75±10)min,mean blood loss was(40±10)ml.All patients were followed up for 9～30 months postoperatively,meanly 24 months.No complications such as instruments failure,infection was found.According to the Beaty’s standard,the early evaluation with good results was 94.4℅,and the late evaluation with good results was 100℅ according to the Theologis’s standerd.For joint function,16 patients were assessed as good,1 patients were assessed as fair according to the Sanders’s standard,The total percentage of good and fair is 94.4%.Conclusion For the treatment of subtrochanteric fractures in skeletally immature asolescents,MIPPO combine with LCP is convenient,safe,minimal invasive,less complications.更多还原
