【摘要】 目的观察国产基因重组人生长激素(r-hGH)治疗儿童生长激素缺乏症(GHD)的疗效。方法 24例GHD患儿给予国产r-hGH每晚皮下注射,疗程6个月。结果治疗6个月后,24例患儿生长速率由治疗前(3.3±0.5)㎝/年增至(11.9±0.7)㎝/年,身高由治疗前(119.2±12.4)㎝增至(125.1±12.1)㎝,骨龄由(6.8±2.1)岁增至(7.3±1.9)岁。治疗前后生长速率差异有统计学意义。结论皮下注射r-hGH是治疗儿童GHD一种安全有效的方法,值得儿科临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate The therapeutic effect of recombinant human growth hormone(r-hGH)in children growth hormone deficiency(GHD)before adolescence.Metheds This study included 24 children(15 boys and 9 girls)with GHD,who were treated subcutaneous injections of r-hGH 0.1IU/(㎏?d) before sleep for 6 months.Results The mean growth velocity and mean height increased from(3.3±0.5)㎝ per to(11.9±0.7) cm per,from(119.2±12.4)㎝ to(125.1±12.1)㎝,bone age increased from(6.8±2.1) to(7.3±1.9).The growth velocity had significant differences during the 6 months.Conclusion Recombinant growth hormone(r-hGH) is an effective and safe drug for promoting height growth in GHD children,it is worthy to be popularized.更多还原
