【摘要】 目的观察我科规范化护理对结核性胸腔积液闭式引流术后患者的预后影响。方法72例结核性胸腔积液接受胸腔闭式引流术的患者,采用我科规范化护理配合治疗6周。结果治愈52例(72.2%),显效14例(19.4%),好转6例(8.3%),无效0例。总有效率100%。结论结核性胸腔积液接受胸腔闭式引流术后用规范化护理效果良好,有利于患者康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observed effect of standardized nursing for tuberculous pleural effusion in patients after closed drainage.Method 72 cases of tuberculous pleural effusion closed drainage accepted standardized nursing for 6 weeks.Result There were 52 cases(72.2%) cured,14 cases(19.4%)significantly improved, 6 cases (8.3%) general improved and none invalid.The total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion Standardized nursing is good for rehabilitation of tuberculous pleural effusion in patients after closed drainage.更多还原
