锁定钢板微创经皮治疗PILON骨折20例

【摘要】 目的研究经皮锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折的手术技术和临床疗效。方法自2006年2月至2008年2月,我院采用经皮锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折20例。按Ruedi-Allgower分型,Ⅱ型13例,Ⅲ型7例。开放骨折4例。累及腓骨干及外踝者4例。结果20例均获得随访,随访时间8～54个月,平均24个月;骨折愈合10～23周,平均17周。踝关节功能根据Bourne标准优13例,良5例,可1例,差1例,总优良率为90%。结论在正确掌握手术技术的前提下,经皮锁定钢板治疗胫骨远端骨折能够取得良好的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the operative technique and clinical result of treating distal tibia fracture by internal fixation with percutaneous locking plate.Methods Twenty cases of distal tibia fractures were treated by internal fixationwith percutaneous locking plate from 2006 Februry to 2008 Februry.According Ruedi-Allgower classification thirteen cases were type Ⅱ and seven cases were type Ⅲ.4 cases were open facture and 4 cases were complicated with fibular fracture.更多还原
