氮离子注入对芦荟组培苗生理生化指标的影响
Effects of nitrogen ion injection on physiological and biochemical indexes of Aloe tissue culture seedling
【摘要】 将不同剂量氮离子注入芦荟茎尖后进行组织培养,研究了氮离子注入对组培苗的叶绿素、可溶性糖、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)含量的影响.结果表明:氮离子注入芦荟茎尖后,其组培苗叶绿素的含量有所降低,可溶性糖的含量有一定程度升高;SOD活性在离子注入后呈现上升的趋势,但当注入剂量达到1×1015N+/cm2时酶活性又开始下降;POD活性随着注入剂量的增加而不断降低,CAT活性随着注入剂量的增加呈现先降低、再升高、再降低的马鞍形曲线.
【Abstract】 Different doses of nitrogen ion were injected into the Aloe stem tine and the effects of nitrogen ions on contents of chlorophyll and soluble polysaccharide,activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD)and catalase(CAT)were studied.The results indicated that the chlorophyll content of the leaf of the Aloe tissue culture seedling was lower and the contents of polysaccharide increased than those of the control,SOD activity increased firstly,then decreased at the dose of 1×1015 N+/cm2,activity of POD was decreased,activity of CAT declined at the beginning,then increased and declined finally.
