【摘要】 为解决PASSIM12K卷烟机料仓供丝过程中容易阻塞的问题,考虑卷烟制造过程中影响烟丝结构及烟丝损耗的因素,提出了增加卷烟机料仓容积、在内部设置斜置滤网代替水平滤网、增加滤网面积的改进措施.改进后,消除了卷烟机供料不足、滤网堵丝的现象,保证了烟丝的稳定供给和卷烟加工质量.更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of the PASSIM12K cigarette making machine hopper feeding’s,the possible causes of the impact of wind wire and cigarette making on tobacco structure and tobacco consumption in the process of cigarette making were analyzed.The improvement measures are proposed to ensure the stable supply of tobacco and the process quality of cigarette by increasing the capacity hopper,in which the internal filters are set instead of the level of oblique filters to increase the filter area to eliminate the shortage of feeding and wire blocking filter.更多还原
