钙钛矿复合氧化物在气敏方面的研究进展
The progress of perovskite composite oxide in gaS-sensing
【摘要】 综述了近年来国内外钙钛矿型复合氧化物气敏材料在粉体、薄膜方面的制备方法,并对其气敏机理进行分析,认为在制备过程中pH值、退火温度等因素是影响材料性质的主要因素,ABO3型气敏材料A位、B位及贵金属掺杂可改善其材料的某些特性.指出,研制能够同时监测多种气体的全自动数字式智能传感器将是该领域今后的研究方向.
【Abstract】 The preparation methods of perovskite type oxide powders and thin films in recent years were reviewed,and its gas sensing mechanism was analyzed.The pH value,the annealing temperature and other factors in the preparation process were main factors that affected the material properties.A-site,B-site and precious metal doping into ABO3-type perovskite material can improve certain characteristics of the material.It is also pointed out that the automatic digital smart sensors which can simultaneously monitor a variety of gases will be the direction of future research in this field.
