【摘要】 目的:检测Ⅰ型子宫内膜样腺癌中胰岛素样生长因子1受体(insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor,IGF-1R)和IGF-2R蛋白的表达情况,探讨M6P/IGF-2R在Ⅰ型子宫内膜样腺癌中的作用。方法:采用免疫组织化学PV法检测正常增生期子宫内膜(对照组)20例、Ⅰ型子宫内膜样腺癌(腺癌组)30例组织中IGF-1R和IGF-2R的表达情况。结果:IGF-1R在Ⅰ型子宫内膜样腺癌中过阳性表达,高于在正常子宫内膜组织中的表达(P=0.006)。IGF-2R在Ⅰ型子宫内膜样腺癌中的总阳性表达与过阳性表达,均低于正常子宫内膜组织(P值分别为0.043和0.000)。结论:IGF-2R阳性表达的下调以及IGF-1R的异常高表达在Ⅰ型子宫内膜样腺癌的发生和发展过程中可能具有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the expression of insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor(IGF-1R)and IGF-2R proteins in endometrial adenocarcinoma.Methods:IGF-1R and IGF-2R expression characteristics of 20 normal endometrium tissues and 30 endometrial adenocarcinoma tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results:IGF-1R overexpression rate in the endometrial adenocarcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in the normal endometrium tissues(P=0.006).The overall positive-expression rate and overexpression rate of IGF-2R in the endometrial adenocarcinoma tissues were significantly lower than those in the normal endometrium tissues(P=0.043,P=0.000,respectively).Conclusion:Our data suggest that increased expression of IGF-1R,together with concomitant down-regulation of IGF-2R,may be involved in the progression of endometrial adenocarcinoma.更多还原
