离心铸造环形阵列式自动化生产线可行性研究与设计
Feasibility Study and Design of the Automatic Production Line Assuming Annular Array Style for Centrifugal Casting
【摘要】 对中小型套、筒类铸件的离心铸造自动化生产线实施方案进行了可行性分析与研究,综合利用滑块摆杆机构和液压传动及其控制系统,构成新型间歇运动机构,设计出离心铸造机的环形阵列式自动化生产线,该生产线具有自动化程度高,工人劳动强度低,生产效率高,车间管理难度小等特点,具有良好的应用前景。
【Abstract】 The implementary scheme of the automatic production line for centrifugal casting on small and medium pipe or tube castings was studied and analyzed in feasibility.The new intermittent movement mechanism was achieved by using swinging block slider mechanism,hydraulic drive and its controlling system.The automatic production line was designed in annular array style for centrifugal casting machine.This production line shows the characteristic with highly automatic,low labor intensity,high efficiency and less difficulty of workshop management etc.It will be found wide application in the future.
