θ′相对Al-xCu系铝合金组织与力学性能的影响
Effects of θ′ Phase on the Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Al-xCu Aluminum Alloy
【摘要】 论述了析出物θ′相对Al-xCu(2xxx)系合金组织与力学性能的影响。析出物体积分数与材料的屈服强度等力学性能之间存在定量关系,θ′相的数量密度直接影响合金的力学性能指标。θ′相的生长方向导致Al-xCu系合金力学性能各向异性显著,不同惯析面上的析出物数量不同,将会导致合金力学性能各向异性。
【Abstract】 Effects of θ′ phase on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-xCu 2xxx series aluminum alloy were investigated.The volume fraction of θ′ phase has a quantitatine relationship with mechanica properties.The quantity and clensity of θ′ phase directly affect mechanical properties.The growth direction of θ′ phase leads to anisotropy of Al-Cu alloy,which because of the different quantities pecipitates in different hakit-planes.
