基于Ansys Workbench的顺应针结构设计
Compliant Pin Structure Design Based on Ansys Workbench
【摘要】 结合顺应针结构设计,介绍了基于Ansys Workbench软件的产品设计方法和过程。通过设置非线性材料特性曲线、建立顺应针装配模型、绘制装配力曲线图以及基于DesignXplorer模块进行多目标优化等过程,使顺应针装配力满足设计要求。该分析方法和过程具备较大的扩展性,对同类产品的设计具有指导作用。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the product design method and process based on Ansys Workbench software in combination with compliant pin structure design.Through the design process of setting nonlinear material character curve,creating compliant pin assembly model,drawing assembly force curve graph and multi-object goal driven optimization based on DesignXplorer module,the assembly force of compliant pin meets the design requirement.The design method and process used in this article are universal and helpful to the similar product design.
