热镀铝锌板沟槽印缺陷成因分析及预防措施

【摘要】 针对攀钢生产热镀铝锌板存在沟槽印缺陷问题,分析了其原因是由于沉没辊耐镀液腐蚀性较差,沉没辊被镀液腐蚀导致沟槽间凸面中心结瘤,从而破坏了带钢表面状态,影响了镀层的正常结晶,使其锌花与正常区域存在一定的差异,宏观上则体现为沟槽印缺陷。为此,通过改进沉没辊质量和采用预熔锅、刮辊器,有效避免了沟槽印缺陷。

【Abstract】 In view of the problem of appearing groove defect on surface of 55%Al-Zn alloy coating,the causes were analyzed.The results showed that the sink roll was eroded by the bath liquid and it brought hump on the center of sink roll convexity.The coating crystal and spangle size would be different from normal zone when the surface state of steel sheet is damaged by the hump,and this would be groove defect in view.Therefore, the groove defect could be effectively eliminated by improved sink roll quality and applied pre-melt bath and cleaning roll device.
