【Abstract】 Aspirin porphyrin is produced by treatment of 5-(4-aminophenyl)-10,15,20-triphenylporphyrin with acetyl-salicyloyl chloride.After deprotection of acetyl,high fatty acid moiety is attached to porphyrin by reaction of hydroxy at salicylic moiety with high fatty acyl chloride.The structures of new compounds are characterized by 1H-NMR,HR-MS and UV spectra.更多还原
