沉淀法纯化茶皂素的工艺研究
Purification of tea saponin by precipitation
【摘要】 采用沉淀的方法纯化茶皂素,考察了溶解试剂、溶解试剂体积分数、料液比、沉淀试剂、沉淀试剂用量对产品纯度和回收率的影响。试验得出较理想的纯化工艺条件为:溶解试剂为80%的乙醇,料液比1∶20,沉淀试剂为丙酮,80%乙醇与丙酮体积比1∶2。此条件下得到的茶皂素产品纯度为87.20%,回收率为71.17%。
【Abstract】 Tea saponin was purified by precipitation,and the effects of solvent for dissolving and its concentration,ratio of solid to liquid,solvent for precipitation and its amount on product yield and content were investigated.The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: 80% ethanol for dissolving,ratio of solid to liquid 1∶20,acetone used as precipitation solvent,volume ratio of ethanol to acetone 1∶2.Under the optimum conditions the content of saponin in the product was 87.20%,and the recovery of saponin was 71.17%.
