【摘要】 目的探讨老年缺血性中风病人生活质量及其影响因素。方法选择符合条件的缺血性中风病人120例,按照卒中单元治疗模式给予相应处理。发病后1年给予SF-36健康调查量表、功能独立量表(FIM)、美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分,并进行人口学调查。结果发病1年后中风病人的生活质量除躯体疼痛外,其他各项得分均明显低于健康对照组。除情感职能和躯体疼痛外,卒中后躯体功能与SF-36各项呈明显正相关;除躯体疼痛外,卒中后抑郁得分与生活质量呈明显负相关;除躯体疼痛和精神健康外,病人认知功能与SF-36各项呈明显正相关。FIM亚项目中病人的大小便控制障碍与生活质量明显相关。结论影响老年卒中病人生活质量的因素有躯体功能障碍、认知障碍、卒中后抑郁和二便控制障碍。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the health-related quality of life and influence factors in elderly patients with ischemic stroke on long-term follow-up.Methods One hundred and twenty patients were included who were treated with stroke unit model.After one year discharged,all patients were investiged with short-form general health survey(SF-36),function independent measure(FIM),the NIH stroke scale(NIHSS),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and demographic factors.Results Compared with control group,SF-36 scores were significantly reduced in ischemic strokes group except the subscore of body pain.Subgroup analysis showedthat scores of almost in all SF-36 items was reduced among elderly ischemic stroke patients.Conclusion The factors that influence the long-term health-related quality of life with elderly ischemic stroke patients were physical state,depressed,cognitive impaired and incontinence.更多还原
