【摘要】 目的:观察启神胶囊对血管性痴呆(VD)患者智能量表积分、中医症状及日常生活能力的影响,对其疗效进行客观评价。方法:采用DSM-IV VD诊断标准,结合中医辨证及Hachinski缺血量表(HIS)、长谷川痴呆量表(HDS)、简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)的积分,选择35例血管性痴呆患者,以喜德镇作为阳性对照药,观察启神胶囊的疗效。结果:启神胶囊可显著提高VD患者不同痴呆量表的积分,显著改善中医痴呆症状,提高日常生活能力,治疗组总有效率为68.42%。结论:启神胶囊在改善VD患者智能障碍、日常生活能力等方面疗效肯定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of Qishen Capsule on the scores of intelligence scale,TCM symptoms and activity of daily living.Methods: 35 patients with VD were randomly divided into 2 groups,namely,Qishen Capsule treating group and hydergine control group.The results were assessed mainly according to DSM-IV VD diagnostic standard,Hachinski Ischemic Score(HIS),Hasegawa’s Dementia Scale(HDS),Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE) and Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL).Results: The scores of HDS,MMSE and ADL were significantly improved in both groups.Total effective rate was 68.42% in treating grorp,and 56.25% in control group.Conclusion: These results indicated that Qishen Capsule can improve the ability of learning and memory,also alleviate daily living activities in patients with VD.更多还原
