【摘要】 目的观察干扰电及中频电对宫颈癌术后排尿功能的影响。方法 61例宫颈癌术后随机分为干扰电组31例(A组),中频电组30例(B组),术后第3天开始治疗,测量术后经尿道持续留置导尿管第7d及第10d排尿成功率,以残余尿量100ml为标准。结果首次排尿成功率分别为64%、40%,A组与B组之间差异有显著性意义,<0.05。结论干扰电是促进宫颈癌术后排尿的较佳方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the influence of electrical interference current therapy and medium frequency electrotherapy on urinary function of patients with cervical cancer after surgery.Methods 61 patients after surgery of cervical cancer were randomly divided into 31 cases treated with electrical interference current therapy(A group) and 30 cases treated with medium frequency electrotherapy(B group).Patients were treated on the third day and the urination rate was measured on the seventh and tenth days after surgery by continuous catheterization based on the residual urine volume of 100ml.Results The successful rate of the first urination was 64% and 40% in group A and group B,respectively,there is significant difference between group A and B statistically,P<0.05.Conclusions Electrical interference current therapy is a better treatment method than the one of medium frequency electrotherapy on promoting urination in patients with cervical cancer after surgery.更多还原
