【摘要】 目的:探讨补肾生血汤治疗肾性贫血(RA)药效学机制及中医辨证施治规律。方法:将慢性肾衰竭(CRF)肾性贫血符合入选条件者随机分为中西药结合治疗组和单纯西药治疗组,用相应药物治疗8周,观察2组病人用药前后相关指标变化。结果:补肾健脾和胃降浊中药联合西药治疗肾性贫血优于单纯西药治疗组。结论:补肾健脾和胃降浊之中药联合西药治疗更有利于肾性贫血的纠正。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Investigating the mechanism of pharmacodynamic and the principle of Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment according to syndrome differentiation through Reinforcing the kidney and Brithing the blood decoction on therapy of Renal Anemia. Methods:The patients who accorded with the inclusion criteria with Renal Anemia were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group adopted Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine Treatingandthe contrast group simply adopted western medicine. With the corresponding medicine treatment 8 weeks,both clinical and biochemical changes of all cases were observed. Results:The therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine is superior to the simple western medicine. Reinforcing the kidney and Brithing the blood decoction has effect on Renal Anemia. Conclusions:The therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine is more beneficial to the recovery of Renal Anemia. Reinforcing the kidney and invigorating the spleen and Regulating the stomach and descending the turbid has effect on Renal Anemia.更多还原
