【摘要】 目的:探讨急性脑出血后巢蛋白(Nestin)的动态表达及针刺的干预作用。方法:选取健康雄性Wistar大鼠96只,随机分为模型组、模型+针刺组(简称针刺组)、模型+忆立福组(简称西药组)3组。每组又分为6h、1、2、3和7d5个时相点,每个时相点6只大鼠,另设空白对照组6只大鼠。制备脑出血大鼠模型,采用Western免疫印迹技术观察不同时相点头穴针刺治疗对脑出血大鼠脑组织Nestin表达的影响。结果:针刺组大鼠脑内Nestin蛋白表达在不同时相点均有显著上调,与模型组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:上调脑内Nestin表达可能是针刺治疗脑出血的一个重要机制,针刺可能通过早期干预,上调脑出血血肿周围脑组织内Nestin蛋白表达,从促进神经干细胞增殖分化的角度,揭示针刺治疗脑出血后神经系统损伤修复再生的机理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the dynamic expression of Nestin after acute intercerebral hemorrhage (ICH) in rats and the influence of acupuncture on it. Methods:The 96 healthy Wistar male rats were selected. The rats were divided into 3 groups randomly:model group ,pinprick group,western medicine group,30 rats in each group. Each group was divided into five time phase point of 6 hours,1day,2days,3days,7days again,6 rats in each group. Experiment ICH model was made by injection antologous blood using stereotactic method. Another 6 rats were assigned as the matched blank group. We observated the expression of Nestin of the intercerebral hemorrage rat with the methods of western-blot. Results: The expressions of Nestin in pinprick group significantly up-regulated than the model group (P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Adjusting upwards the expression of Nestin in brain may be one important mechanism. By intervention from early stage, acupuncture may adjust upwards the expression of Nestin in the brain tissue around hematoma of rats with ICH. Revealing the philosophy of recovery and regeneration of damage of nerve system after the treatment of ICH by acupuncture through the perspective of promotion of nerve stem cell proliferation and differentiation.更多还原
