大川芎方对偏头痛大鼠颈静脉血和三叉神经节P物质含量的影响
Efeects of Dachuan xiongfang on Concentration of Substance P in Blood and Ganglion of Trigeminal Nerve of Rats with Migraine
【摘要】 目的:探讨大川芎方对偏头痛大鼠颈静脉血和三叉神经节P物质(substance P,SP)含量的影响。方法:30只SD大鼠,随机分为对照组、模型组和中药组(n=10)。采用Cristina tassorelli方法制备偏头痛模型,大川芎方灌胃,以放射免疫分析法测定大鼠颈静脉血和三叉神经节P物质的含量。结果:动物皮下注射硝酸甘油后出现偏头痛症状,如双耳发红、前肢频繁搔头、爬笼次数增多等。模型组颈静脉血和三叉神经节中SP含量与对照组比较显著升高(P<0.05);中药干预组与模型组比较,SP含量显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:硝酸甘油可导致偏头痛症状及SP在颈静脉血浆和三叉神经节中的含量增加。大川芎方干预可通过调控"三叉神经血管系统"中SP的释放而减轻偏头痛症状。
【Abstract】 Objective:To approached the Efeects of Dachuan xiongfang(DCXF)on concentrations of substance P(SP) in rats with migraine. Methods:The SD rats,30,were divided control group,model group,and treated group interfere by Chinese crude drug (each group,n = 10). The migraine animal model was prepared by the Cristina tassorelli’s method, Nitroglycerin sc. . The DCXF were op. ,and the concentrations of SP in blood and ganglion of trigeminal nerve were tested by radioimmunity(RI). Results:After the Nitroglycerin sc. ,the rats appeared symptom of migraine,par example ears flare up,head scratched by anterior limb,the frequency of crawl up and down at cage increased. In blood and ganglion of trigeminal nerve ,the concentrations of SP were increased markedly compared with control group(P < 0. 05). The treated group compared with model group,the concentrations of SP was decreased significantly(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The Nitroglycerin induce that symptom of migraine evoked and concentrations of SP in blood and ganglion of trigeminal nerve increased. The intervention of DCXF can be controlled the release of SP in"the ganglion of trigeminal nerve-blood vascular system",and relieve the symptom of migraine.
