【摘要】 目的了解某玩具制造厂接苯作业工人健康状况,为职业防护提供依据。方法玩具制造厂592名职业接触苯及苯系物工人作为接苯组,同时选择该厂无苯及苯系物及其他职业病危害接触史的183名工人为对照组,进行职业健康体检。结果 1)接苯组红细胞数、血色素、总蛋白、白蛋白和碱性磷酸酶显著低于对照组(P<0.01),直接胆红素高于对照组(P<0.01);2)肝脾B超检测结果接苯组与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3)接触组牙周炎、牙龈炎、鼻炎的检出率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论该厂能将苯浓度有效控制在国家卫生标准容许范围之内;苯对人体粒细胞系统有影响,应定期体检,及时、及早发现苯对工人健康的损害。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the health condition of workers exposed to benzene in a toy factory,so that the applicable measures can be taken to protect worker’s health.Methods The occupational physical examination was done among 592 workers occupationally exposed to benzene and analogs;their health condition was compared with that from 183 non-exposed workers within this factory.Results The physical examination showed that the exposed workers had lower level of RBC,HGB,TP,ALB and AKP compared with the non-exposed workers(P<0.01),while the BL level higher than that in the non-exposed group.B ultrasonic waves examination of liver and spleen showed no difference between two groups,while exposed workers had higher prevalence of periodontitis,gingivitis and rhinitis(P<0.05).Conclusion Though the present exposure level of benzene and analogs was lower than the national exposure limits,the exposed workers still had non-specific health problem.It reminds us that regular physical examination is necessary to detect the health damage of exposed workers earlier.更多还原
