“5·12”地震灾区青川县病媒生物监测分析

【摘要】 目的掌握"5.12"汶川大地震极重灾区青川县病媒生物种类及密度动态,为病媒生物和媒介生物性疾病防制提供科学依据。方法 蚊、蝇密度采用目测法,鼠密度采用鼠迹法。结果蚊、蝇、鼠总平均密度分别为9.40只/(人工.h)、1.38只/m2、0.48处/2 000 m。蚊密度呈逐月下降趋势;蝇密度6 7月波动幅度不大,7月后呈下降趋势,鼠密度一直控制在较低水平,蚊、蝇密度6 7月超过杀虫指标,7月后未超标。结论病媒生物应急监测工作对地震灾区病媒生物防治工作的开展起到了很好的指导和规范作用,有效控制了蚊、蝇、鼠密度,降低了媒介生物性疾病发生的风险,阻断了相关疾病暴发。

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the species and dynamic density of disease vectors in quake-hit areas in Qingchuan,Guangyuan,and provide scientific evidence for the control of disease vectors and vector-borne diseases.Methods The densities of mosquitoes and flies were detected by visual method.The density of rats were detected through rats’ tracks.Results The densities of mosquitoes,flies and rats reached 9.40 per labor hour,1.38 per square meters and 0.48 dot per 2 000 m in June respectively.The densities of mosquitoes and flies decreased in June,the density of rodents was at a relatively low level.Conclusion Disease vector surveillance could facilitate the vectors control,reduce the incidence of vector-borne disease and prevent the outbreak or epidemic of related diseases.
