【摘要】 目的探讨十二指肠损伤的诊治策略。方法对2004-09/2010-01收治的35例十二指肠损伤病例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果术前确诊13例(37.14%),术中确诊19例(54.28%),漏诊3例(8.57%);治愈31例(88.57%),死亡4例(11.42%);并发十二指肠瘘11例(31.43%)。结论掌握好探查指征,早期诊断、及时手术,选择恰当的术式是提高治愈率的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the management of duodenal injury cases.Methods The retrospective analysis of 35 cases of duodenal injury from September in 2004 to January in 2010 was conducted.Results Thirteen cases(37.14 %) were diagnosed before operation,19(54.28%) were diagnosed by operation and 3 were missed to diagnose(8.57 %).Thirty one cases(88.57%) were cured,4 died(11.42 %),and 11 complicated with duodenal fistula(31.43 %).Conclusion Early diagnosis and proper surgical procedure are important to increase the cure rate of duodenal injury.更多还原
