【摘要】 目的:建立乳病消片中淫羊藿苷的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱:Hypersil BDS C₁₈（150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）;流动相:甲醇-水（54∶46）;柱温:30℃;流速:1 ml·min^-1;检测波长:270 nm。结果:淫羊藿苷在4.04～72.72μg·ml^-1浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,回收率为98.2%,RSD为1.6%。结论:本法简便、准确,可以用于制剂质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determination of icariin in rubingxiao tablets.Method:The Hypersil BDS-C₁₈（150 mm×4.6mm,5μm） column was used,the mobile phase consisted of methanol:water（54:46） at the flow rate of 1 ml·min^-1;the wavelength was set at 270 nm and the column remperature was at 30℃.Result:There was a good linear relationship over the range of 4.04-72.72μg·ml^-1 for icariin（r = 0.999 9 ）.The recorery was 98.2%（RSD = 1.6%）.Conclusion:This method is simple and accurate,it can be applied to the determination of the tablets.更多还原
