【摘要】 目的:建立舒胸片（三七、川芎、红花）中羟基红花黄色素A、阿魏酸的含量HPLC测定方法。方法:用Agilent ODSC₁₈柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-0.12%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱（0～17 min,25%甲醇;17～30 min,25%～40%甲醇）;流速1 ml·min^-1;波长分别为403 nm和320 nm;柱温35℃。结果:羟基红花黄色素A、阿魏酸得到很好分离,线性关系良好,羟基红花黄色素A、阿魏酸的平均加样回收率分别为100.0%,99.6%,RSD分别为1.19%,1.33%（n=5）。结论:本法结果准确,便于操作,可作为舒胸片的质量控制方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a HPLC method for determination the hydrosafflower yellow A and ferulic acid in Shuxiong Tablets. Method:The Agilent ODS C₁₈ colunm（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm） was used,the methanol-0.12%phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase,gradient elution,the elution program was 0-17 min,25%methanol;17-30 min,25%-40%methanol,the flow rate was 1.0 mi·nim^-1. The delection wavelength was at 403 nm and 320 nm.Result:The linear ranges of hydrosafflower yellow A and ferulic acid were 0.04-0.41μg.r =0.999 2,and 0.03-0.32μg,r=0.999 8.The a verage recoveries（n =5） were 100.0%（RSD 1.19%）,99.6%（RSD 1.33%） respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate,it suitable for quality control of Shuxiong Tablets.更多还原
