【摘要】 目的:建立HPLC测定复方积雪草苷凝胶剂中积雪草苷含量的方法。方法:采用Hypersil ODS柱（250 mm×4.6mm,5μm）,流动相:甲醇-水（58:42）,流速:1.0 ml·min^-1,进样量:20μl,检测波长:205 nm,柱温:35℃。结果:积雪草苷浓度在0.05～0.90 mg·ml^-1范围内峰面积与浓度呈良好线性关系（r=0.999 7）,平均回收率为99.05%,RSD为0.62%。结论:本方法操作简便,精密度高,重现性好,结果准确,可作为复方积雪草苷凝胶剂中积雪草苷的含量测定方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a method for determination of asiaticoside in Compound Asiaticoside Gel by HPLC.Method: Chromatography was performed on a Hypersil ODS column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm） at 35℃with a mobile phase consisted of methanol -water（58:42）,flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1.The injection volume was 20μl and the UV detection wavelength was 205 nm.Result: A good linear relationship between peak area and concentration was obtained at the concentration range of 0.05～0.90 mg·ml^-1 （r = 0.999 7）.The average recovery was 99.05%with a relative standard deviation of 0.62%.Conclusion:The method is simple, precise,replicable and accurate,which can be used to determine the content of asiaticoside in Compound Asiaticoside Gel.更多还原
