【摘要】 目的:观察复方土牛膝缓释口炎膜在治疗口腔溃疡中的临床疗效及不良反应。方法:将临床确诊为口腔溃疡的患者随机分为两组,进行疗效对照比较。治疗组用复方土牛膝缓释口炎膜,对照组用甲硝唑醋酸洗必泰含漱液。每天记录患者溃疡面直径及疼痛感2项指标。结果:治疗组在病灶各项指标改善程度上均优于对照组(P<0.05),而无不良反应。结论:复方土牛膝缓释口炎膜是一种疗效高及安全的治疗口腔溃疡药用膜剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy and ADR of compound Achyranthes.sustained-release oral ulcer pellicle on treatment of oral ulcer.Method:Fifty patients who diagnosed with oral ulcer were divided into two groups randomly and compared their therapeutic efficacy.Treatment group was used compound achyranthes sustained-release oral ulcer pellicle,the control group was used antibiotic and mouth-cleaning gargle,The diameter of ulcer and the sense of pain were used as observed index.Result: The degree of therepentic index in treatment group was better than that of the control group,There were statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:In clinical therapeutic effect of oral ulcer,compound achyranthes.sustained-release oral ulcer pellicle is an ideal oral medicine.更多还原
